EXPLANATION OF FRIENDS WOMEN ACCOUNTS
~ GENERAL FUND ~
DUES $7 per member This breaks down as $3 per member to pay operating costs such as office supplies, calls, baby-sitting for YM, printing, Youth materials, printing minutes, postage, etc. and $4 per member for EFI-WMF (Evangelical Friends International - Women's Missionary Fellowship). This supports the travel of the EFI WMF President.
EFI-WMF TRAVEL $5 per FWF Money is used to send our President and Yearbook Secretary to EFI-WMF retreat.
LIBRARY BOOKS $5 per FWF All money is used to offset the cost of picking out books for the Reading Course (more books have to be bought and read than are selected.) The selected set will be sold to one FWF at cost. There is no longer a traveling library.
NATIVE AMERICAN MISSIONS October & May Offerings The October offering is for VBS and the May offering is for Christmas. If your offering is not designated, it will be divided equally among all the Indian missions.

The four Indian Missions we give to are:

1.Choctaw Friends Center, McIntosh, AL
2. Kickapoo Friends Center, McLoud, OK
3. Mesquakie Friends Center, Toledo, IA
4. Rough Rock Friends Mission, Chinle, AZ
LADIES LUNCHEON Used by the Prayer Coordinator in planning the Ladies Luncheon (i.e. speaker, decorations, guests) at Friends Ministry Conference.
EXECUTIVE BOARD TRAVEL Used to pay travel expenses of executive board members who travel more than 200 miles to FW board meetings.
WOMEN'S RETREAT Money made above the retreat expenses is used to help next year's committee to get started and also pay speaker expenses.
QUAKER BONNET $5 per member Subscriptions are sent to Quaker Bonnet Editor. Subscription is calendar year.
GIFTS Watch the Quaker Bonnet or yearbook for the assignment of families to your area. Support your family with cards, letters, gifts, and prayer.
EFM PROJECT SHARES CHALLENGE $10 per month per share These are commitments to support a missionary family of your choice (or General Budget) for a specified period of time to be indicated by the donor. Contact EFM for more information.
MISCELLANEOUS For extra gifts that don't fit into any other account.

  • Only funds received by the FWF Treasurer will count towards 100% recognition
